Curating your crystal choir

A delicious space of deep listening, resonance, and playfulness for those who feel called to the bowls or are just beginning to build their set.

This exploratory workshop is a gentle initiation into the language of alchemical sound. We’ll tune in to the ways in which the bowls sing to each other as we listen to what is revealed through frequency. You will learn how to curate a family of bowls that truly belong together, creating an alchemical crystalline choir. We will discover the song they wish to sing as an expression that is uniquely your own.

This is perfect for you if you already have one or two Crystal Tones® bowls and wish to expand your set, or if you’re new to the world of crystal sound healing and want to understand the fundamentals before you invest…

We will gather at The Alchemies Studio — home to the UK’s largest gallery of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls (Crystal Tones®) just outside of Lewes in the Sussex countryside, surrounded by the stillness of nature and held by over 200 alchemy bowls. After the workshop, Brighitta will guide you through the collection and you will have personal time to play with pairings.

Relationships in frequency

Alchemy bowls sing with more than pure notes, they reflect the complex dynamics of relationship. When the right bowls meet, they resonate and a third sound is born. The right combinations open space, release held energy, regulate nervous systems and support profound healing. We will deepen in relationship to sound, as we deeply listen to the undertones and relational harmonics.

We’ll explore the ancient art of sound healing through intuition, mindfulness, and play. You’ll learn practical ways of curating a set with theoretical information, as well as how to trust the joy within your heart to lead you.

In this foundational day, we’ll explore the mysticism and the mechanics — so your unique set becomes a living choir you can grow alongside for many years. You’ll discover ways of playing to create space within the mind, allowing the bowls to guide you as both the singers and songwriters. Tuning in to allow them to work through you as their instrument.

How to curate a harmonic family of bowls for personal meditation, sound healing and holding ceremony

Our day will include

A sound bath to open the day and demonstrate the possibilities we’ll explore
Musical theory and practical understanding of notes/cents/octaves
Hands-on time playing with the amazing collection curated by Crystal Singing Bowls UK
Personal guidance on which bowls support your unique set, creating a song uniquely your own
Space to spark curiosity and ask questions
