Tend to your healing with a cyclical series of sessions, lovingly created to support you with the elements as we journey through the wilds of your inner landscapes. Led by the wisdom of your body, using nature’s most primordial healing tools: Breath, Energy, Sound, each one-to-one session is guided by one of the elements to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-awareness.

Psyche in Ancient Greek means soul, or to breathe. I have found Breathwork to be the most powerful modality for healing the many layers of my own psyche - it reveals our truth while opening our heart, increasing our capacity to process all that we have carried. Nothing can hide from the great unveiler that is the breath! It unearths the ghosts we’ve tried to bury (the ones that still haunt us) so we can finally set them free. It exposes all we need to witness so we can truly be an integrated whole.

My intention is to support you with a carefully woven series of deeply healing and truly transformative sessions so that you can be your authentic self, honour your tenderness with compassion, and maybe even fall in love with who you are. This journey invites a deeper understanding of Self and welcomes all that you are, as you are, to be witnessed.

Each session is structured around a supportive element, tending to the corresponding emotional undercurrents. I have found over many years of supporting clients with Reiki + Sound Healing, that the energetic undercurrent we hold within is what creates our reality - both inside of us as we perceive the world, and around us as we then shape it to be. Using the superpower that is your own breath, we will tend to these neglected and hidden layers while Reiki enhances energetic release and sound waves ripple through you with harmony.

I’m very honoured to offer these sessions combining my twenty years of energy healing into what feels like the alchemy it was always leading me towards. The potential is there in all of us to live authentically, connect more deeply, and embody true JOY for simply being alive. My wish is for us all to live with clarity, peace, and presence while feeling connected to our true nature, to each other, and to the sacredness of Mama Nature.

For new clients, we always begin with Earth as a gentle, grounding introduction to Breathwork. From there, you may wish to receive the sessions according to your own cyclical flow or as they mirror the seasons, topping up with Space as often as you need.

This is where we begin. Held by the deeply supportive energies of the Earth, we come home to ourselves and reconnect to inner peace.

Earth is a deeply calming Breathwork session designed to bring you out of your head and gently back into your body. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected, this session offers you a place to land.

Through a guided, simple, rhythmical breathing pattern and the steady heartbeat of a beautiful grounding drum, you’ll be supported to connect to your body, bringing awareness home to your centre as we slow down, soften, and return to the stillness that exists within you. Reiki is offered during the session to support and deepen your sense of being held.

Rather than pushing through overwhelm, here we reconnect to the wisdom of our body which knows how to rest, to receive, to be held - to slow down and come back to Earth. This session creates a deep sense of safety and regulates the nervous system. You’ll feel calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself. There is often a wellspring of inner wisdom that opens after.

A spacious Breathwork experience held by the expansive energies of Air. This journey is designed to ventilate all the corners of your mind as we open the windows, clear mental fog, and make space for new ideas, allowing fresh energy to flow in. Air is connected to Spring — the season of renewal, fresh beginnings, and possibility. There is a softness to this session, but also movement - a sense of rebirth and awakening, like clouds passing to reveal a bright open sky.

If you’ve been overthinking, feeling directionless, or craving some fresh inspiration, this session offers a gentle opening - a chance to quiet the noise and listen to what is already trying to find you. Through a blend of grounding and expansive Breathwork techniques, you’ll be guided into a softer, more open state of awareness where insight can arise naturally. Crystal singing bowls are played throughout the session to help quiet the mind, creating space and clarity. 

Like seeds carried on the wind, new ideas, perspectives, and inspiration are invited to come. There is often a fresh perspective that emerges afterwards — as though something within has quietly reorganised itself.

This is where we ignite the inner fire. Where it’s finally welcomed to be expressed.

Held by the transformative energies of Fire, this journey is designed to reconnect you with your instinct, your power, and the parts of yourself that have been silenced or pushed down for too long. Many of us have been taught to suppress anger, to soften our edges and ignore our primal knowing. Beneath anger there is often pain or buried grief. This session creates a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your truth and honour the fullness of your emotions. Through simple acknowledgment, we create an invitation for rising movement. Fire both illuminates darkness and transforms through alchemy. We can move from anxiety through anger, down into grief, only to find joy was underneath it all. The lead of anger can become the gold of freedom. The fire of this session is like a torch that will guide us courageously to see what has been caged in the dark.

Through activating Breathwork, the session’s heart is in a grounding drumbeat, while we invite vocal release where needed. You’ll be invited to embody a power animal — a fierce and instinctive guide that represents the energy you are reclaiming within yourself. For some this may be a wolf, a tiger, a bear, or another powerful aid entirely. Nothing is forced, yet everything is welcome.

This session is held to honour your truth, bringing to light all that you are ready to see. This journey can be deeply empowering, liberating, and alive. Reiki will be offered to support you, bringing in a soothing wave of calming love from the depths of who you truly are. There is space afterwards for stillness, integration, and reflection.

This is the space where the heart is finally allowed to open, reveal, and express itself. Held by the flowing, cleansing, life-giving energies of Water, this Breathwork journey is a deeply supportive space for grief tending, emotional processing, and reconnection to the full spectrum of your heart.

As we work with the breath, we begin to gently open the heart — not forcing, but allowing what has been protected or held back to slowly thaw. Softening is welcome. Release is welcome. You will be held with acceptance and compassion for your tenderness. This is also a space of remembering - just as rivers flow back to the sea, just as tides come and go, our emotional waters are part of a larger natural intelligence. This session is connected to Autumn — the season of harvest, endings, and release. 

Reiki is offered to support release and provide safe containment as emotions move like waves. Crystal sound healing supports integration and helps gently settle the system afterwards. There is a sense of relief when we return to the heart and honour what is there.

Healing means to become whole again. This integrating, soulful session is intended to empower while inspiring a deep and lasting return to peace. This session has been my signature offering for many years - weaving Reiki with the sublime harmonies of alchemy crystal singing bowls, to create an atmosphere that quiets the mind into the soul’s profound realm of peace. The sound waves carry the properties of the various crystals straight into the body, working in a space that is untouched by the mind’s limitations. Reiki is then shared to deepen healing and fully harmonise your entire being.

Reiki is sacred energy, accessed through a meditative practice while lightly laying the hands on the body. It’s the mysterious, intelligent, harmonising energy of all life - a beautifully creative magic. A treatment restores our energy so it can flow freely, allowing us to let go and align with our True Self once again. In this space, we can hear our soul’s whispers and reconnect with our wisdom. Ultimately Reiki is a path of discovery - an exploration of the cosmic energy we are all made of.
