Join our community gatherings for healing, Connection and practice
Join us for a beautiful day of healing as we gather upon the feet of the South Downs, just outside the charming town of Lewes in East Sussex. Our day retreat includes a Reiki share, a listening circle, time to connect with Reiki friends, and a wonderfully restorative alchemy sound bath. Together we will be connecting to our hearts, listening intently to our truth, and reconnecting to our deeper Self. We will be weaving soul wisdom with the intuitive inner wild, anchoring into the sacred energy of life, all while sharing in the sweetness of community.
Listening circles are a foundation of the mindfulness practice. Sitting in circle we will share the depths of our truth with each other, to be heard and received with compassion. Giving our heart a voice can create profound ripples of healing and release through our lives. Following our circle, we will heal through the love of a Reiki Share, where we’ll work in small groups to receive Reiki from 4-5 people at once - an unforgettable and magical experience of being held in a communal bubble of universal love. Our day will be completed with an alchemical crystal sound bath to support the shifts we will make together.
Cooksbridge (near Lewes) is very easy to reach on the national rail, only 15 minutes from Brighton or one hour from London Bridge / Victoria.
