At the time of booking your place, you agree and acknowledge:

Location of Group Events
Our Reiki 1 & 2 Courses are held at Beechwood Hall, Beechwood Lane, Cooksbridge BN7 3QG. Our Reiki 3 Courses, Day Retreats and Sound Baths are hosted in a variety of venues, please check details before booking or feel free to email us if unsure.

Location of One-to-One Healing Treatments
Our Reiki + Sound Healing treatments are offered remotely, in Lewes, or in Brighton. The location of your treatment can be chosen during the booking process and the address will be sent in the confirmation email.

Accessibility
Our venues are accessible and wheelchair friendly. If you’re unable to lie down flat, please let us know ahead of time so we can create a comfortable space for you.

Holistic Therapies
Neither Reiki nor Sound Healing are substitutes for medical examination, diagnosis, or medications. Please seek professional medical support and guidance when needed.

Refunds
Please note that refunds are not offered for any reason and payments are received as a commitment to attending the event. We do not accept responsibility for changes in a student’s personal circumstances. Students may move their course booking forward to a new date if unable to attend the original booking date, but please notify us at least 72 hours prior to a course or the payment will be forfeited. Our exception is in the case of sudden symptoms of COVID-19, so long as we are notified before the course begins we can reschedule. If a course must be postponed due to a local lockdown or other condition outside of our control, you will be issued a full credit towards a new booking for any future course of your choice. Thank you for understanding!

Balance Payment
We ask for balance payments to be paid two weeks before the course begins. We will send a reminder notice when needed. If the balance payment hasn’t been paid one week before the course date and there has been no response to our reminder emails, we may offer your place to someone on the waiting list.

Wellbeing in the time of COVID-19
As always, our guests are responsible for their own health and wellbeing during and after our events and sessions. Please let us know if you have any symptoms or have been in touch with anyone with symptoms, and follow government guidelines. We are happy to reschedule your booking in the interest of our collective wellbeing should you need to isolate.

Data Protection
We understand that your privacy is important and offer a confidential service. This means that we will not disclose your details or share information about you to any outside agency.
