Metta-Reiki Meditation

This guided meditation is based on the Buddhist Loving-kindness meditation (Metta Bhavana) where we offer ourselves love and then focus it outwards to share that love with others too. Perfect for when you feel the need to send Reiki out to others and feel deeply connected.
