This meditation is woven through a chord of crystal singing bowls to harmonise the root, the heart, and the third eye - it's offered as a space for you to get in touch with your inner magic, your knowing, your truest self as you honour all that you are.
This is best done with headphones. If you'd like to give yourself Reiki during the meditation, it will be all the more potent. You might like to have a journal close by for a little reflection afterwards.
